Robbie, how would you define exceptional customer service? Doing whatever it takes to satisfy our clients completely. Every client has a different need, and it’s our job to find out what those needs are and to deliver. Our mission is to provide exceptional service, surpassing expectations and ensuring that every client’s needs are met with precision and care. What sets your company apart from other landscape architects?
We set our company apart for several reasons, but a few important ones that come to mind are the quality of the product and the warranty. We manufacture solid cast brass lighting fixtures with an aged brass (bronze) finish, and we back our lighting fixtures with a Lifetime Warranty. We also provide 40,000-hour LEDs, different wattage based on what we are illuminating, different beam spreads, and our LEDs come with a five-year warranty. Another way we separate ourselves is we have years of outdoor lighting design experience and work with several landscape architects and custom home builders in the area, helping design outdoor lighting systems for commercial and residential clients. Again, we can turn-key the entire process from design and installation to providing high-quality lighting fixtures, warranties, and preventative maintenance programs for our lighting systems.
What is one thing your company does to provide exceptional customer service?
1. We offer a complimentary on-site lighting consultation to walk the property with our clients, ask important questions, carefully assess our clients’ needs and provide expert recommendations for their lighting system tailored to our clients’ preferences. After the lighting consultation, we put together a professionally designed lighting system for our clients to review and make adjustments where needed. This plan includes a legend showing the different types of lighting fixtures we use, LED wattage per fixture, timer control options, transformer options, conduit sleeve plan, copper wire needed for the project and labor cost to install the lighting system. Whether working with our clients directly, landscape architects or builders, we will put everything together and help coordinate the entire process for a successful end result.
2. Once our clients decide to move forward with the lighting project, we bring in seasoned project managers who guide the installation process, ensuring attention to detail and coordination with our clients.
3. We offer year-round preventative maintenance programs with regular service and care for our client’s lighting system. Whether it’s a commercial business or a client’s home, our maintenance plans keep our client’s systems up and running throughout the year so their lighting system looks the same as the day it was installed. We offer both a Semi-Annual Program and a Quarterly Program depending on the size of the system, foot traffic, residential system or commercial lighting system.
